As you enter the living space that was designed to be cozy, open-concept lounge ideal for relaxation and socialising. A soft neutral palette of beige and taupe sets a calming tone, complemented by burnt orange accent chairs and textured area rugs. Clean-lined contemporary furniture, sculptural pieces, and layered lighting create a refined and balanced environment. The space is visually connected to both the bar and dining area, fostering a cohesive flow throughout the home.

The centerpiece of the home, the dining area, features a soaring double-height ceiling that amplifies volume and natural light.
